Aaron (Photographer, Videographer)

I have over 10 years of experience photographing weddings & events around the world.

I photographed my first wedding at age 15 and found it overwhelming, but the most exciting experience. Photography is all I’ve wanted to do and have built Admiral since then, photographing more and more weddings each year.

I started Videography in 2019 after seeing a gap for a photographer and videographer team, hearing multiple couples ask “do you know anyone who does video?”.

Things to ask me about:

Admiral’s “Dog Discount”

My favourite country I have photographed in

My beautiful Labradoodle

Ian (Photographer)

I have always been a keen photographer, turning professional about 20 years ago and mainly doing commercial work. My first wedding was about 15 years ago, and I loved being involved in someone’s most special of days; it was such a privilege to have an “all areas pass” and to witness many romantic moments.

I’m also a guy who is very much in touch with his emotions, helping me to really embrace and capture the meaning of a wedding: “the coming together of two people who are very much in love”.

Working in partnership with my son has been a real bonding moment for us both, and because of our amazing relationship, we have a real connection during weddings, meaning we have become a fantastic team.

My love of sport (participating, not spectating) has also been a driving force and given me huge confidence, as well as the fitness to keep going through long days behind the lens. Judo, my main sport, has prepared me to throw myself into anything (excuse the pun) and I am always keen to experiment with new ideas to improve our work.

I also love my dog, Freddie; a cuddly, teddy bear like, labradoodle and spending many hours training with him helps to keep me calm. Most of the time he’s a good chap but of course, like some weddings… he comes with his own challenges!

Tim Dane Reid (Videographer)

Tim has been filming weddings professionally since 1991.

When Tim’s not filming weddings and winning awards for his work, he is travelling around the world working as an actor in multiple TV series such as Doctor Who and Casualty.

As well as acting, Tim also works behind the camera as a Director and in 2022 won many awards for his films at Film Festivals around the world including Best Director and Best short film at the July 2022 Cannes World Film Festival.

Tim also ran Bristol’s largest recording studio for 8 years and has worked for many clients including BBC, Channel 4, Endemol, Netflix, Kudos, Aardman, Mammoth Screen, Hartswood, and many more.

…and yes, we have asked what moisturiser he uses. It’s top secret.

Pete May (Photographer)
